SOLD Hans Wegner Round The Chair Johannes Hansen For Knoll Vintage Teak Armchairs
Listed for sale is an original set of 4 "The Chairs," designed by Hans Wegner and crafted by Johannes Hansen in Denmark. They were bought from the original owner and were purchased in the mid 1960's from their recollection. The chairs were sold through Knoll at one point in the US and are unfathomably expensive to purchase new (more in fact than the equivalent Nakashima chairs). These particular examples are teak and in fantastic condition for 60's examples. The chairs are fully marked.
Frame
Teak structure is in superb condition with light signs of wear and use.
Leather
The leather seat looks like its rarely been sat on and foam is in great shape beneath.
