Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded on a case by case basis, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If there is no damage to the item, but a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for both the initial and return shipping cost. It is at our discretion to refuse the refund of undamaged goods.
If an order is placed and you would like to cancel the order, please notify us immediately. Any refunds will be processed via the same means that payment was made.
If you choose to ship an item, we ship through our shipping partners, who also provide professional packing services. They can ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or freight. If you would like to use other carriers, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate.
