This is a pair of DCM Dining Chairs in Ebonized Oak, initially designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1946. These examples were manufactured in in the USA by Herman Miller in 2004, and the listed price includes the pair. These classic chairs feature ebonized oak plywood seats and backs, and have tubular chromed-steel legs. DCM is an acronym for Dining Height (D) Side Chair (C) on Metal (M) Rod Base.
Each chair measures 21.5 inches long, 19.5 inches wide, and 29.25 inches high. They have a seat height of 18 inches. They are in good condition, having some scratches and scuffs on the wood, and some slight scratches on the chromed-steel legs. There are some small veneer repairs underneath the seats. Overall, these chairs are in good condition with some signs of use. Please see photos.
