1970 Cafiero Lounge Chair by Vincent Cafiero for Knoll in Walnut and Red Fabric
This is a Cafiero armchair, designed by Vincent Cafiero for Knoll in the late 1950s. It features a frame in stained walnut having arms, and has tomato-red hopsack upholstery with classic Knoll tufting. This example retains its original Knoll tag.
This chair measures 25.6 inches deep, 23.63 inches wide, and 31.5 inches high. It has a seat height of 17.5 inches. We have intentionally left this piece in as-found condition. The upholstery has some spots and pulls, and shows slight fading. The walnut looks a tad dry and has areas of fading. Overall, this chair is in good vintage condition with some signs of age.
