This is a Tribeca Coffee Table, designed by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poliform Australia in 2012. This example was produced in Italy in 2012. It is constructed with an ebonized elm wood top, and has black powder-coated metal legs. It's a lower height coffee table than most, and it makes a sleek statement.
It measures 48 3/8 inches in diameter and is 12 1/8 inches high. It is in terrific condition and has been well maintained. There may be a handful of very light scratches to the top. Overall, this piece is in very good condition. Please see photos.
