These are three books signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson and inscribed to Gordon Bunshaft. Bunshaft and Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill Architects (SOM) designed the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library and these books were presumably part of Bunshaft's research for the project, as well as gifts given to Bunshaft from the former President. Each book is personally inscribed by President Johnson to Bunshaft. The listed price includes all three books to be sold together as a set.

These are artifacts from Bunshaft's Travertine House in East Hampton. They came to us directly from the heirs of Gordon and Nina Bunshaft's estate and will be accompanied by a letter of provenance. Overall, these books are in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
