SOLD Arne Jacobsen Egg Chairs for Fritz Hansen Original Fabric Denmark
Listed for sale is a pair (listed price is per chair) of Arne Jacobsen Egg Chairs produced by Fritz Hansen of Denmark. These are fabulous original examples with a hopsack-like and gorgeous original red upholstery. The foam is in excellent shape and fabric is lovely. No rips or tears are found in the fabric.
The chairs were produced in 2003 and lived in a gorgeous biotech headquarters designed by Behnisch Architekten in Cambridge, MA. The architectural firm specced these chairs, which is quite special indeed!
Upholstery
The upholstery is superb condition with little if any notable wear.
Base
Bases look terrific and have few if any scratches or nicks.
