2009 751 Krefeld Lounge Chair & 754 Krefeld Ottoman by Mies van der Rohe for Knoll in Off-White Leather
This is a pair of Krefeld Club chairs with their coordinating ottoman, originally designed by Mies van der Rohe and Lily Reich in 1927. This design was resurrected and put into production by KnollStudio in 2003. The set is upholstered in an off-white leather and they date to circa 2009. The pieces feature solid Ash hardwood legs. Each piece is based on Lilly Reich’s original drawings, as found in the Ludwig Mies van der Rohe Archive at the Museum of Modern Art.
The listed price includes 2 club chairs and 1 ottoman as shown. Each chair measures 30.5 inches tall, 32.5 inches in width and 27.5 inches in depth. The seat height is 17.5 inches. The ottoman measures 26 inches in width, 20.5 inches in depth and is 17 inches tall. The set is in very good to excellent condition, and looks to have seen only light use.
