2020s Herman Miller Eames Soft Pad Executive Desk Chair in Special Leather, Grey
This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Executive Desk Chair, Model EA437, initially designed by Ray and Charles Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. This example dates to the 2020s. The design features a lightweight polished aluminum frame, and the seat and back are upholstered in a cognac leather. The seat has plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and this example sports a 5-star manual lift base on casters.
The chair measures 23.75 inches deep. 22.5 inches wide, and 42 inches high, with a seat height of 20.5 inches. The leather is in excellent shape. There may be some errant scuffs and scratches on the base. Overall, this chair is in very good condition. Please see photos.
