2020s Eero Saarinen for Knoll Womb Lounge Chair Upholstered in Grey Leather
This is a Womb Lounge Chair, originally designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in 1948. This particular example was manufactured in the USA in the 2020s. The chair features a seat that is formed of foam-covered molded fiberglass, and it has tubular chromed-steel legs. This example is upholstered in grey leather.
The chair measures 34.5 inches long, 41 inches wide, and 37 inches high, with a seat height of 16 inches. The chromed-steel legs are in nice shape overall, and the leather shows some visible signs of use. Overall, the chair is in good condition. Please see photos.
