SOLD 2020 Mies Van Der Rohe for Knoll Barcelona Daybed / Couch / Bench in Black Leather
Listed for sale is an absolutely stunning Mies Van Der Rohe for Knoll International Barcelona day bed in black leather. The chair was acquired directly from a Knoll employee, who got this at an employee sale. This day bed has not been used in a home or office setting and is thus in phenomenal condition. It may show minuscule wear from transporting it to our warehouse, though we have not yet noted any notable imperfections. This is guaranteed as an authentic Knoll example. The upholstery is seemingly Knoll's black Volo leather. The cushion has a proper sewn-on Knoll label, along with the fabric now used on the underside of Knoll's pieces with Knoll's logo repeated throughout.
The day bed measures 78 inches long by 39 inches wide and 25 inches tall, including the height of the bolster. Its 15.5 inches tall to the top of the cushion. The buyer will receive the exact piece shown in the photos.
The buyer may pick up the furniture, have it shipped by our shipping partners (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction.
