This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Chair, Model EA435, originally designed by Ray and Charles Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. This example dates to the 2010s. The design features a cast aluminum frame and a pneumatic adjustable 5-star base on casters. The seat has plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and they’re upholstered in an green leather.

The chair measures 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high. The base seat height is 20.5 inches, and the seat depth is 16.5 inches. The upholstery is in excellent condition, with some light wear apparent at corners. The bases have some light wear, and the arms look pristine. Overall, this chair is in excellent condition with some signs of wear. Please see photos.
