This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Chair, Model EA435, initially designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These examples date to the 2010s. The design features a cast aluminum frame with a pneumatic adjustable 5-star base on casters. The seat has plush cushions that are 2 inches thick and are upholstered in a cognac leather.

The chair measures 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high. Their base seat height is 20.25 inches. The upholstery is in excellent condition, the base has some small scuffs, and the arms are in terrific condition. Overall, the chair is in excellent condition with some signs of wear.
