This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Executive Desk Chair, Model EA437, initially designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. This example dates to the 2010s. The design features a lightweight polished aluminum frame, and the seat and back are upholstered in grey vinyl fabric. The seat has plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and this example sports a 5-star pneumatic base on casters.

The chair measures 16.5 inches deep. 23 inches wide, and is 40.25 inches high, adjustable up to 42.5 inches. The base seat height is 19.5 inches, adjustable up to 24.75 inches. The grey vinyl upholstery is in lovely condition, with some small scuffs and scratches. The arms have been freshly polished and look pristine. Overall, this chair is in very good to excellent condition with some wear apparent. Please see photos.
