2006 Hans Wegner for Carl Hansen CH002 Drop Leaf Dining Table in Oak, 36 x 74
This is a CH002 Dining Table, designed by Hans Wegner for Carl Hansen & Son in 1960. This example dates to 2006 and is formed of white oak. The piece features hinged extension leaves on each end that easily fold up and down when extra surface space is needed. Both the tabletop and the base are made from solid wood, and the extension leaves have rounded edges.
The table measures 35.4 inches deep, 35.4 inches wide, and 28.3 inches high. When fully extended, the piece measures 74 inches wide. There are some minor surface scuffs and scrapes, on both the legs and on the tabletop. Overall, this table is in very good condition. Please see photos.
