This is a Saarinen Executive Swivel Arm Chair, originally designed by Eero Saarinen in 1957. This particular example was produced by Knoll in the USA in 2005. The chair is comprised of a 5 star steel base with a manual lift adjustment and a plastic padded seat that is upholstered in black leather.

Each chair measures 24.75 inches deep, 26 inches wide, and 31 inches high with a seat height of 16.5 inches. The chair has a 1.5 inch mark in the leather on the armrest, which has been professionally repaired. Otherwise it's in very good to excellent condition. Please see photos.
