This is an Eames Aluminum Group Executive-Height Soft Pad Desk Chair, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These particular examples date to 2003. Their design features black leather upholstery and they have polished aluminum frames. The seat and back have plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and this model features a manual lift.

Each chair measures 23.75 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 40 inches high, with a seat height of 18.5 inches. These pieces show minor wear from previous use, including creasing in the leather.
