SOLD 1996 Eggplant Eames Herman Miller High Back Soft Pad Aluminum Group Chair
Listed for sale is a pair of (sold separately) vintage high back Eames soft pad chairs in eggplant leather. The chairs are in excellent vintage condition with some light wear from use. The chairs still retain their labelling underneath as well, including a tag with original production date from 1996. Photos 1-6 show the first chair, whereas photos 7-11 show the second chair. Photo 12 shows a comparison between the eggplant color and black (in sunlight). With reference to color, it reads as near black in most light, though has a slight dark purple hue.
This chairs have been nicely looked after. The leather is soft to the touch and nicely worn in.
The aluminum parts show light wear. See photos for reference.
