This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Desk Chair, Model EA435, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. This example dates to the year 1994. The design features a cast aluminum frame with an adjustable 5-star base on casters. The seat has plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and it's upholstered in black leather.

The chair measures 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high, with a seat height of 20.5 inches. The chair does show wear consistent with previous use. There are minor scuffs and scratches on the frame and base, as well as creases and wear in the leather. Overall the chair is in good vintage condition. Please see photos.
