This is an Aluminum Group Management Desk Chair, Model EA335, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1958. This particular example dates to 1993. The design includes a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame, and the upholstery is done in black leather. The chair offers a tilt feature with locking capability, a full 360-degree swivel, and a manual lift mechanism.

The chair measures 21.25 inches deep, 22 inches wide, and 33 inches high, with a seat height of 18.5 inches. The chair does show wear consistent with previous use. There are minor scuffs and scratches on the frame and base, as well as lighting creasing in the leather and wear apparent at the corners. Overall this piece is in good to very good condition.
