This is a Modern Floor Lamp, released by Light Source in the USA in the 1980s. The piece features an adjustable black metal shade, and the stem is also black. The shade is height adjustable and can slide up and down the stem.

This lamp measures inches 10.75 deep, 12.25 inches wide, and 77 inches high. The lamp shade measures 4.5 inches deep, 8.5 inches wide and 1.75 inches high. There is some slight rust on the top of the shade where the bulb fits, not to be seen when in use. The small piece of glass that once covered the bulb is missing. There are scuffs on the base and scratches on the body of the lamp, but it is overall in good vintage condition and is functional. Please see photos.
