This is a Drum Side Table, designed by Paul Mayen for Habitat and Intrex in the 1970s. The piece is solid, lacquered in a matte black colorway. The piece is versatile and can be utilized as a side or end table, or can easily serve as an occasional table. This piece came to us from the IBM Headquarters in Armonk, New York. The IBM HQ was designed by SOM, the renowned architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.

The table measures 18 inches in diameter and is 18.25 inches high. The finish has some chips in the paint along the edges, and there are some surface blemishes. Overall, this table is in good condition. Please see photos.
