1970s Jens Risom Design Executive Desk in Walnut with Five Drawers
This is an Executive Desk in Walnut, designed by Jens Risom in the 1960s. This particular example was produced by Risom Design Inc. and dates back to the 1970s. The desk features five drawers which provide ample storage, and offers a kneehole space for your desk chair. The body of the desk is constructed of solid walnut, and has walnut veneer panels on the fronts of the drawers. The piece is fully finished and may stand alone in the middle of a room.
The desk measures 36 inches deep, 78 inches wide, and stands 29.75 inches high. This piece does show wear from previous use including some minor scratches and surface blemishes. Overall, the desk is in good to very good vintage condition. Please see photos.
