

1970s Herman Miller Eames Lounge Chair in Red Naugahyde with Black Fabric Pillow
This is an Eames Aluminum Group Lounge Chair, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1958. This particular example dates to the 1970s. The design features a sling seat that affords a very comfortable lounging experience. It's comprised of a four star cast-aluminum base with a seat that's upholstered in red naugahyde and a black fabric pillow.
The chair measures 27.25 inches long, 25.50 inches wide, and 35 inches high with a seat height of 17.75 inches. The upholstery is in good condition, with some light wear apparent at corners. The base has some scratches and rubs, though arms look near immaculate. Overall, the chair is in very good condition with some light wear. Please see photos.
