1960s Set of Four Harry Bertoia for Knoll Wire Dining Side Chairs in White
This is a set of four Bertoia Side Chairs, initially designed in 1952 by Harry Bertoia for Knoll International. These particular examples date to the 1960s, and the listed price includes the set of four chairs as shown. Their design consists of a welded, off-white Rislan-covered steel wire seat and back, and this set has black Rislan-covered sled bases.
Each chair measures 19.75 inches deep, 21.75 inches wide, and 28.75 inches high, with a seat height of 17.75 inches. These pieces show ample signs of age and use, including scuffs and scratches on the frames. There is rust and residue on the surfaces and on the bases. Overall, the chairs are in true vintage condition. Please see photos.
