This is a Planner Group Side Table or Nightstand, designed by Paul McCobb for Winchendon Furniture in 1949. This example dates to the 1960s and was produced in the USA. It is made of maple, and has splayed legs and a rectangular top.
The piece measures 19 inches long, 26.5 inches wide, and 20.25 inches high. This table has myriad scuffs and scrapes, and we have intentionally left it in its as-found state to showcase its history. Overall, the piece is in good condition. Please see photos.
