Listed for sale is a vintage Womb lounge chair and ottoman, designed by Eero Saarinen and produced by Knoll Associates. This is a vintage piece dating to the 1960's. Knoll was called Knoll Associates decades ago and labelled pieces with their NY office address on their labels. 320 Park Avenue was their address for much of the 1960's. The set is in very good to excellent condition with gorgeous red suede upholstery. The upholstery is lightly soiled, though we can also make arrangements for it to be professionally cleaned at a small additional cost prior to shipping. From what I understand from the previous owner, the set was masterfully reupholstered by a well Known shop in the northeast during the 2000's. As a result, the foam is soft upholstery seems quite fresh as well. The chair measures 35.5 inches tall by 40 inches wide and 34 inches deep. The ottoman measures 16 inches tall by 25.5 inches wide and 20 inches deep. Both of these are the original full-size examples, not the smaller versions that Knoll has introduced since.
