1950s Set of Four Hans Wegner for Fritz Hansen FH4103 Heart Stacking Chairs
This is a set of four FH4103 Stackable Heart Tripod Dining Chairs, originally designed by Hans Wegner in 1952. These particular examples were manufactured by Fritz Hansen in Denmark in the 1950s. The chairs feature a solid oak frame, and have seats that were recently reupholstered in black leather. The wood has developed a lovely patina; The oak has been rubbed to perfection through decades of use.
Each chair measures 18.2 inches deep, 21.6 inches wide, and is 29.15 inches high, with a seat height of 17.7 inches. This set is in solid vintage condition, and there are some scrapes and scuffs on the oak frames. Overall, this set is in good condition with some wear. Please see photos.
