1950s Raymond Loewy for Mengel Furniture 4 Drawer Dresser Cerused Oak 2x Avail
This is a Four Drawer Dressers, designed in the early 1950s by Raymond Loewy for his Permanized Collection for the Mengel Furniture Company. The listed price includes one dresser, and we have two available for purchase.
The dressers are constructed with grained oak planks that have been cerused, and the drawers retain their original elongated aluminum pulls.
Each dresser measures 19.25 inches deep, 34.25 inches wide, and 31.75 inches high. These pieces are being offered in their original condition, though we can gladly have them professionally refinished upon request. The facades have faded from use over the years, and they show some scratches and scuffs. There is wear apparent to the veneer, and there is some spacing between planks on the sides. The pieces remain solidly constructed and function properly. Overall, these dressers are in good condition. Please see photos.
