Listed for sale is a 1950's vintage George Nelson for Herman Miller black lacquered birch Bench. This classic George Nelson example has a pleasant patina on the painted surface, showing some loss to the paint, where the birch is made visible beneath. The legs are strong and supportive, showing some wear from use. Overall, this is a gorgeous original example. It measures 68.25 inches long by 14 inches tall and 18.5 inches deep.
