SOLD 1940s Gilbert Rohde for Herman Miller Bedside Table / Cabinet Newly Refinished
Listed for sale is an early 1940s vintage bedside cabinet designed by Gilbert Rohde, produced by Herman Miller. This is a fabulous example of Rohde's work, with notable Art Deco design choices and expressive use of fine woods. This piece was acquired along with a matching vanity (listed separately).
The bedside cabinet was freshly refinished and generally looks terrific. There are still some minor imperfections remaining, though the piece is quite a stunner.
It measures 24 inches tall by 14 inches wide and 11 inches deep.
