Cushions:

Overall, the cushions are in great shape. The backrests are immaculate, however, the arm rests do show wear (not structurally problematic, as the cushions have been recently conditioned). The seat cushion and ottoman are both in remarkably great shape for their age and and overall, only a couple of light scratches can be found. No tears or rips are present on any of the cushions. The original owner also mentioned to me that the ottoman cushion was replaced decades ago. It matches perfectly and looks excellent with an updated backing. 

Wood:

The rosewood shells are in excellent condition. There are no major scratches on the faces that I can see and the finish feels smooth. There is a 1/2 inch veneer piece that was repaired on the ottoman, but it was seemingly well done and color is close. 

Shock Mounts:

The shock mounts are in great shape and the chair still holds strong.

Bases and Metal

The aluminum bases are in excellent condition. The feet move nicely, paint is all there, and aluminum looks great.
