Listed for sale is an original vintage 1960's Herman Miller Eames lounge chair and ottoman. The set is in excellent condition and has beautiful Brazilian rosewood panels along with supple leather cushions. The Herman Miller label is still present on the chair and is the black, round label (dating to the mid 1960's). 

Cushions:

They are soft and properly plump. Some wear around the seat cushion button. Very little notable wear overall. Back cushions and armrests are near immaculate. 

 

Wood:

The rosewood shells are in excellent condition. Gorgeous panels and light wear. Lighter rosewood color on this example. 

 

Shock Mounts:

The shock mounts appear to be holding strong and are in nice shape. 

 

Bases and Metal

The aluminum bases are in great condition. The feet move nicely, paint is all there, and aluminum looks great.
