SOLD 1958 Pair of Herman Miller Eames Off Yellow DSX Fiberglass Dining Shell Chairs
Listed for sale is a pair of circa 1958 fiberglass DSX side shell chairs, designed by Ray and Charles Eames, produced by Herman Miller. These examples came from an estate in Syracuse, New York and originated from the State University of New York College of Medicine in Syracuse (known as SUNY Upstate). The chair has a yellow hue to it and appears to be the gray/yellow or perhaps faded dark yellow color. The chairs are in very good to excellent vintage condition with some light wear from use (see photos).
The price listed includes both chairs.
These chairs measure 18.5 inches wide by 22 inches deep and 31.25 inches tall. The seat height is 18 inches.
