C. 1985 Gordon Bunshaft & Davis Allen of SOM for Treitel Gratz Side / End Table
This is a round side table, designed by Davis Allen under the leadership of Gordon Bunshaft within SOM for Treitel Gratz. This particular example dates back to circa 1985. This sophisticated table has a highly polished stainless-steel base, and has a high quality marble table top. SOM produced hundreds of their own furniture designs during the 1950s to 1980s. This was a classic example.
This particular table actually came from the private collection of Treitel Gratz's owner.
The table measures 26 inches in diameter and 19.5 inches high. The polished stainless steel base is in good condition with little wear apparent, perhaps a few light scuffs and scratches. The marble top has no chips or cracks. Overall, this table is in very good condition with light wear. Please see photos.
