2018 Eero Saarinen for Knoll Tulip Dining Table in Black Laminate 35", Aluminum
This is a Pedestal Tulip Dining Table, Model 163TR, initially designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in 1956. This particular example was produced in the United States in 2018. The table features a base that is formed from molded cast-aluminum which is coated in a black glossy finish. It has a black laminate top that has a beveled edge, giving the piece its iconic side profile. This table typically seats 2 to 3 people.
This table measures 35.75 inches in diameter and is 28.75 inches tall. The piece has seen little use and is in very good condition. Please see photos.
