1970s Pair of Nicos Zographos TA.2.20 Calacatta Marble Tables with Bronze Bases
This is a pair of Nicos Zographos Side Tables with Bronze Alpha-bases, Model TA.2.20M, having round circular tops in thick Calacatta marble. The listed price includes the pair of tables as shown. The design was initially released in ca. 1965, and these examples date to the 1970s.
The tops have a rounded, bull-nosed edge and are substantial and heavy.
Each table measures 20 inches in diameter, and 14 inches high. The surfaces of the tables have some nicks and scuffs, and the bases have a heavy patina. The shaft sizes on the pair are a few inches different in diameter, though when in place this is not noticeable. This is a rare pair and not many were produced. please see photos.
