This is a Pinwheel Coffee Table, Model 523, designed by Peter Hvidt and Olga Molgaard Nielsen for France and Son in 1953. This example dates to the 1960s. The design features a triangular staved teak top, and it has brass-plated steel legs that unscrew for shipping and storage.

The table measures 25.6 inches long, 25.6 inches wide, and 17.25 inches high. We have left this piece in its original condition in order to showcase its history. The top shows discoloration and fading, as well as some scratches and scuffs. If you would like to have the top refinished, we can facilitate this for a nominal fee. The brass-plated legs show patina and the original rubber feet are absent. Overall, this table is in good condition. Please see photos.
