1960s Attributed to Gordon Bunshaft & Davis Allen SOM Stainless Steel Side Table
This is a 1960s Square Wood and Steel Side Table, attributed to Gordon Bunshaft and Davis Allen of Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM). The base is composed of stainless steel and the top is a butcher block with ebonized and lacquered wood framing the butcher block.
The table measures 31.25 inches wide, 31.25 inches long, and 20.75 inches high. This piece shows some blemishes and cracks on the overlying finish on the top, and the steel base shows scratches and patina. Overall, this table is in good condition. Please see photos.
