1970s Jens Risom Design Executive Desk in Walnut and Brass with Three Drawers
This is an Executive Desk in Walnut, designed by Jens Risom in the 1960s. Produced by Risom Design Inc. this example dates to the 1970s. It features several drawers which provide ample storage, and offers a kneehole space for your desk chair. The body and legs of the desk are constructed of solid walnut. There are walnut veneer panels on the fronts of the drawers and on the privacy screen in reverse. The piece is fully finished and may stand alone in the middle of a room.
The desk measures 36 inches deep, 78.25 inches wide, and stands 30.25 inches high. The wood is darker in some areas of the desk, and the legs have some scuffs. Overall, this desk is in very good to excellent vintage condition with minor signs of wear. Please see photos.
