2019 Set of Six Eames Modernica Fiberglass DSX Dining Side Chairs in Black
This is a set of six DSX Chairs, originally designed by Ray and Charles Eames in the 1950s. These chairs were produced by Modernica in Los Angeles, California in 2019. The chairs are comprised of a black fiberglass shell atop an H-base made of chrome-plated steel. DSX is an acronym for Dining Height Side Chair on X-Base. The acronym stayed the same after they switched production to H-bases from X-bases.
The listed price includes all six chairs to be sold together as a set.
Each chair measure 22 inches deep, 22 inches wide, and 32 inches tall with a seat height of 18 inches. These pieces do show wear consistent with previous use but overall are in good to very good condition. Please see photos.
