This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Desk Chair, Model EA435, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These examples date to the year 2019. The design features a cast aluminum frame with adjustable 5-star bases on casters. The seats have plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and they’re upholstered in brown leather. These chairs feature a manual lift mechanism.
