This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Desk Chair, Model EA435, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These particular examples date to the the year 2012. The design features a cast aluminum frame with a pneumatic adjustable 5-star base on casters. The seat is upholstered in dark rust leather and features plush cushions that are 2 inches thick.

The chairs measure 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high with a seat height of 20.5 inches.
