This is an Executive Office Chair, initially designed by Ward Bennett for Brickel Associates in 1970. These particular examples were produced in 1984 in the United States. The listed price includes one chair, and we have two chairs available for purchase in this colorway.

Their design features an oiled, stained ash frame, and has an upholstered seat and back in a handsome cordovan-hued leather. These models are unusual as they feature a wood-sheathed, four-point swivel and tilt base on casters. They retain their IBM inventory labels, a fun detail as to their provenance.

Each chair measures 25 inches deep, 25 inches wide, and 38 inches high. They have a seat height of 17 inches.
The chairs show some signs of use, including scratches and surface blemishes on the frames, and striations on the leather. There is a slight color difference of the leather between the two chairs.
