1960s David Parmelee for Founders Rosewood Cabinet with Eight Drawers 15x14x36
This is a Rosewood Chest of Drawers, designed in 1960 by David Parmelee for Founders Furniture. This piece dates to the early 1960s. It has a top drawer with dividers that is felt-lined to safely house your silver flatware or jewelry. The eight drawers have rosewood veneer fronts, and the unit has an ebonized oak case. The pulls are formed from chrome-plated aluminum, and they have black enamel details.
The chest measures 14.75 inches deep, 14 inches wide, and is 36 inches high. There are some light white scuffs on the top and the sides that we can touch up upon request. The rosewood is in terrific shape with some small scratches. Overall, this chest of drawers is in very good condition. Please see photos.
