SOLD 2010s Florence Knoll Coffee Table, Model 2511 by Florence Knoll for Knoll in Chromed Steel and Glass 2x Available
This is a Florence Knoll coffee table, model 2511, designed by Florence Knoll in 1958. This particular example hails from the 2010s. This is the rectangular version of this popular design. The piece is fashioned of chromed-steel tubular legs, and has a thick glass top. This design above all is thought to be heavily influenced by Florence’s design hero, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
The table measures 45 inches wide, 25.5 inches deep, and is 17 inches high. The piece is properly stamped “Knoll Studio, Florence Knoll”. It is in excellent pre-owned condition, having seen little use. Please see photos.
