This is a pair of brushed aluminum counter stools, Model 24, designed by Phillipe Starck for Emeco in 2001. The listed price includes the pair of two stools, as shown. These stools are built by hand from recycled aluminum in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Aluminum is an excellent material for seating as it is lightweight, yet extremely strong. Both pieces are engraved with the Emeco logo on the back.
Each stool measures 14 inches deep, 14 inches wide, and is 24 inches high. Their seat height is 24 inches. These stools are in very good shape, and the brushed aluminum is quite clean. There are some scratches and bumps to the tops and the legs. Overall, these stools are in good condition with some signs of use. Please see photos.
