1970s Bill Stephens for Knoll Office Armchair in Oak w/ Orange Fabric Upholstery
This is a Bill Stephens Desk Chair, originally designed for Knoll in the 1960s. This particular example dates back to the 1970s. The chair is comprised of a bentwood frame with a seat upholstered in an orange fabric atop an aluminum four-star base on castors.
The chair measures 26.5 inches deep, 31.75 inches wide, and 31.75 inches high with a seat height of 17 inches. This piece does show wear consistent with previous use, but overall is in good to very good vintage condition. Please see photos.
