1963 Brazilian Rosewood Waste Basket Einar Barnes for P.S. Heggen Made in Norway
This is a Brazilian Rosewood Wastebasket, designed by Einar Barnes for P.S. Heggen in around 1963. This piece dates to around the same time. It features a facade and an interior that is formed from book-matched Rosewood ply veneer, and the side handles are formed from stained beech wood.
This piece measures 8.75 inches deep, 15.5 inches wide, and 17.5 inches high. There are some very small repairs to the veneer of the piece that are only evident when looking closely. The rosewood ply is in amazing shape. Overall, this vessel is in very good condition. Please see photos.
