1960s Eero Saarinen for Knoll Executive Arm Desk Chair w/ Bronze Base and Fabric
This is a Saarinen Executive Swivel Arm Chair, originally designed by Eero Saarinen in 1957. This particular example was produced by Knoll in the USA circa the 1960s. The chair's design features a 5-star bronze adjustable base and a seat upholstered in a patterned fabric.
The chair measures 24.75 inches deep, 26 inches wide, and 31 inches high with a seat height of 16.5 inches. It shows expected wear from use on the base and seat, and the fabric is fraying on armrests. The base is a rare bronze-plated version that can be professionally re-polished if desired for an additional fee. Please see photos.
